Refund Policy

You may cancel your enrollment within five (5) days of submitting your online enrollment form and full tuition payment to the American Academy of Medical Careers LLC. No reason is required for cancellation during this period.

How to Request a Refund:
To cancel your course and request a refund, email a written statement of your decision to:
administration@medicalcareerpath.com

Refund Terms:

  • The cancellation deadline is five (5) days from the date your enrollment and payment are received.

  • A $150 administrative cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunds.

  • No refund will be granted if the course has been accessed, viewed, or partially completed by the student.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 30 days of receiving your cancellation request.

Conditions:

  • Refund requests that do not meet these criteria will not be honored.

  • The American Academy of Medical Careers LLC reserves the right to deny refunds for cancellation requests that fall outside this policy.
