With a distinguished career spanning military intelligence, higher education, clinical psychology, and strategic leadership, Dr. Brian Bilderback has committed decades to service, innovation, and the advancement of knowledge in critical fields.

Beginning as a United States Marine Corps Intelligence Operative, Dr. Bilderback developed expertise in classified operations, analytical strategy, and intelligence gathering. Transitioning to academia, he earned a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Sociology and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling. This provided a foundation for understanding human behavior, trauma, and cognitive function.

In 2006, Dr. Brian Bilderback became a Professor of Clinical Psychology in Behavioral Medicine, specializing in Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBIs)—a pivotal area of study for veterans and military personnel. Further expanding his multidisciplinary expertise, he obtained a Doctor of Law (2007), equipping him with legal acumen in medical ethics, mental health advocacy, and policy compliance.

Ascending through academia and leadership roles, Dr. Bilderback served as an Assistant Director and Director of three College Campuses, demonstrating exceptional capability in educational administration and institutional development. During this time, he earned a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, solidifying his status as an authority in psychological research and treatment methodologies.

In 2017, he took on the role of Director of Fight University for Remote Military Units, overseeing specialized training initiatives tailored to active-duty service members. His strategic leadership led to his appointment as Senior Director of the Department of Defense Geospatial Intelligence Training Program, where he spearheaded intelligence-based education for national security applications. Simultaneously, he became Director of Veterans Administration Benefits, ensuring critical resources and support for former service members.

With the onset of the global health crisis, Dr. Bilderback was appointed Director for the COVID-19 Pandemic Action Force, implementing nationwide response strategies and policy frameworks. That same year, he became the Senior Director of the United States Air Force Learning Enrichment Program, advancing educational initiatives for Air Force personnel.

With an unparalleled blend of military intelligence, clinical psychology, legal expertise, and educational leadership, Dr. Brian Bilderback continues to drive innovation and excellence in strategic operations, military training, and psychological resilience. His career stands as a testament to a lifelong commitment to service, education, and the perpetual advance of medical science.

With nearly two decades of experience in healthcare, Ashley Sullivan has cultivated a dynamic career spanning patient care, pharmaceutical services, medical coding, and healthcare education. Beginning as a Certified Nurse’s Aide (2006) and progressing through roles as a Pharmaceutical Technician and Licensed Practical Nurse, Ashley developed a deep understanding of the medical field from both clinical and administrative perspectives.

After earning a Medical Coding Certification from Old Dominion University (2013), Ashley Sullivan transitioned into medical administration, serving as a Medical Practice Manager and later advancing to Coding Lead. Recognizing a passion for education and compliance, Ashley became a Medical Coding Trainer (2018), focusing on developing professionals in the field.

In 2020, Ashley Sullivan took on the role of Education Specialist for All Coders, providing industry-wide training and mentorship. This expertise led to a specialization in auditing as a Medical Coding Auditing Specialist. In addition, Ashley Sullivan serves as an Education Specialist for All Onboarding Pediatricians, ensuring that new practitioners are well-versed in medical coding best practices, compliance, and efficient documentation.
